Why is my item showing "pre-shipment/awaiting item"?

I drop off items either day of or next day, after printing shipping label. Many times, the post office will not scan the item until it starts moving or it gets closer to its destination!

Item says delivered, but I don't have it.

If your item was marked delivered, check around your house, ask your neighbors, and consider asking the mailperson. Sometimes, items marked delivered are delivered a few days later.

If your item has not shown up after a few days of being marked delivered, contact USPS and file a claim. Shop is not responsible for stolen packages.
